Return Policy

At Chengdu Chihalo Technology Co., Ltd. (“Chihalo Laser”), we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your item must be in the original packaging.
    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Customized products that were made according to your specifications.
    • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
    • Any item not in its original condition, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  1. Approval of Refunds:
    • If your return is approved, we will help you with the return shipment. Once we get the return, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error.
    • Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also be issued partially, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping Costs:
    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
